Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

We are looking for all documents related to the City of Boston's contract with Open Counter Enterprises Inc. to purchase Open Counter zoning check and business permitting tools, including the original contract, the date, implementation and maintenance costs, total cost, contract duration, and all services rendered.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi Ramon,

Thanks for reaching out! A copy of the City's contract for development and
implementation of OpenCounter (in which they were actually a subcontractor
and Accela was the prime) is attached here.

The contract package includes:

- The CM10/11 for contract 40194
- Addendum to the City's standard terms
- Hosted Service Addendum
- Perpetual License Agreement
- Order Form
- SOW
- RFP Award Recommendation

I've also attached a copy of the one-year maintenance contract we entered
into directly with OpenCounter for 2017-2018. Since the expiration of that
contract, we're no longer using OpenCounter.
