Yes I plan to move forward with this request.

On February 9th I replied above asking for a copy of the contract between the City of Boston and the Animal Rescue League of Boston for veterinary service that was included in the original request, I also followed up with an email to you at George.Bahnan@boston.gov on February 10th in regards to the contract. but there is no mention of it in any of your responses can you please explain.
Please inform me of payment methods.

Thank you,
Mark Giannangelo

I am also sending this message to your email at George.Bahnan@boston.gov today February 13, 2016

From: mark giannangelo

should I assume that a copy of the contract between The City of Boston and The Animal Rescue League of Boston for veterinary services is going to be included in the fee you quoted above? or is there a problem with a copy of the contract seeing it is not mentioned and I haven't received an answer from the city regarding my responses from February 9th and on the 13th ?

From: MuckRock

Hi there,

Could you please provide clarification on this fee estimate as it relates specifically to the contract in question in this request? It would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much,
Beryl, MuckRock

Thank You, can you please explain to me what the "process of reviewing them" is?

From: mark giannangelo

Hello George,
I was wondering what the time frame will be for me to receive the emails I requested?
I also am curios as to what is meant by the "reviewing process" ?
Seeing that there is quite the number of them, I am looking forward to matching the emails I have to sort out the duplicates.

I also sent this as an email to you @ George.Bahnan@boston.gov

Thank you for your time,
Mark Giannangelo

From: mark giannangelo

Hi George,
In regards to your earlier email you sent me explaining the time frame (pasted below),
I am now confused by "the segregation process" "that no exempt or privileged emails are turned over to the requesting party"?
What is considered an exempt or privileged email?
Aren't all city emails public?
Will I be informed if any emails are withheld and if so how many?
can you please clarify this for me.

Thank you
Mark Giannangelo

Hi Mark,

Reviewing time is part of the segregation process. During the segregation process, the City reviews the requested emails to ensure that no exempt or privileged emails are turned over to the requesting party. I'm currently working on two records responses, one being yours. I shouldn't be much longer. Thank you.
