Dear Mr. Musgrave,

The attached include the documents in the possession of the BPD per your
request email request dated 10/3/13.

Thank you

From: David Estrada

Shawn,

I forgot to include this:

For the column titled "other" The amount in this column is a sum of annual
vacation/sick time/personal leave buy back amounts, uniform allowance,
(currently $800.00), and if applicable, settlements and grievance amounts.
(ie the top three earners all had settlements paid).

From: Shawn Musgrave

Ms. Rastellini:

I hereby withdraw my appeal with regard to this request for BPD's payroll for top earners, as BPD has indicated a commitment to process the request in good faith. Please close this appeal within your tracking system.

Thank you,
Shawn

Will do Mr. Musgrave.

From: Sgt. McCarthy

Shawn,

First, I just spoke to our payroll department and they inform me that they do not track payroll records by week. Your original request could not be filled as asked anyway so I appreciate you withdrawing that request. Second, are you now looking for a list of all employees for 2013? (Similar to the spreadsheet I sent you?)

Let me know,

Thanks

Sgt. McCarthy

From: Shawn Musgrave

Mr. Estrada:

Thank you for sending these documents.

While they do not fulfill my request for complete payroll documents for the named individuals (see below for the full content of my original request), I will agree to withdraw my request if you provide the complete figures for 2013 for all employees, as you provided for my earlier request for 2011 and 2012 figures.

Please let me know ASAP if you'll be able to fulfill this amended request.

Best,
Shawn

From: Sgt. McCarthy

Ok Shawn,

I will reach out to payroll and see if I can get those to you. FYI, I am told that the person in payroll with this information is off and will return to work on Tuesday Feb. 18th. I will get back to you next week.

Sgt. McCarthy

From: Sgt. McCarthy

Shawn,

I was able to pull some strings. Here is the complete payroll for police department. I will consider your earlier FOIA # 6979 withdrawn and we will close it out.

Thanks,

Sgt. McCarthy

Dave you can close out this request. Thanks
