Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law, M.G.L. c.66, §10, I hereby request the following records:
Any presentations, memos, or email communication sent or received since June 2016 from recipients with email addresses ending in "@thekraftgroup.com", "@umassp.edu", "@umb.edu," and "umassba.net."
Any presentations, memos, or email communication sent or received since June 2016 using the keyword "Kosciuszko."
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as we believe this request is in the public interest, as suggested but not stipulated by the recommendations of the Massachusetts Supervisor of Public Records. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
I expect the request to be filled in an accessible format, including for screen readers, which provide text-to-speech for persons unable to read print. Files that are not accessible to screen readers include, for example, .pdf image files as well as physical documents.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Please consider this email in response to your public records request for

A search for documents included in the first request produced 3,968 emails.
Please let us know if you would like to narrow this request or if you would
like to receive a cost estimate for review.
A search for documents included in the second request produced 244 results.
Using the city's previously established cost of 68 cents per email for
search, review and any redaction allowed under the public records law, the
cost estimate to complete this request is $165.92. A check made out to the
City of Boston can be dropped off at Room 603 in City Hall or mailed to One
City Hall Square, Room 603, Boston, MA 02201 to my attention.

include keywords Bayside, UMass or Columbia Point, produced over 14,000
results. Please let me know if you would like to further narrow this
request. My suggestion is to narrow it by departments, or even certain
employees, to have an impact on the number.
