Colin,
I am not sure we have responsive records. Here is what we can provide. Let us know if it will suffice and please note that any responsive records will be reviewed and redacted according to MA Public Records Law.
Can do a median response time for each month for all calls
Domestics we may not  be able to do and if we can, it may be inaccurate due to size of sample.
Race and Ethnicity (victim/perpetrator) are not available via CAD.
Outcome or resolution: information would be whether it resulted in a report or not.
Please advise how you would like to proceed.

Hello Mr. Williams,

Apologies for the delayed response. I have reviewed the records you can provide and, if possible, would appreciate the following:

Can do a median response time for each month for all calls - Please provide.
Domestics we may not be able to do and if we can, it may be inaccurate due to size of sample - A small sample is fine. We routinely work with small sample sizes and will note the issue.
Race and Ethnicity (victim/perpetrator) are not available via CAD. - Good to know.
Outcome or resolution: information would be whether it resulted in a report or not. - Fine to omit.

Much obliged.

Thank you,
Colin Gerber
