Pursuant to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s RTKL I am requesting the following public records:
1. The first responders Incident Report pertaining to the Death of Marc J. Havay on or about 10/19/2017.
2. The Incident Report of Detective Melanie Readler regarding her investigation of Marc J. Havay on or about 10/19/2017.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I know we discussed this yesterday, however the easiest way maybe to deal with it is to give no answer. Any request not answered in 5 days is deemed denied. He can go right to the OOR and file an appeal, to which we can then file the previous decisions of the OOR and the AG.
