Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:
- Copies of all police reports, incident reports, or any other records about the "individual [...] taking every book from the [little free] libraries" referenced in this July 2, 2021 tweet (https://twitter.com/BPD_MN/status/1411040144426209281).
- Copies of any records, including police reports, referencing books taken from little free libraries and later sold for profit. For context, this July 2, 2021 tweet (https://twitter.com/BPD_MN/status/1411040144426209281) stated that it is a common occurrence.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
