Electronic material associated with certain email addresses

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1 to 11), I hereby request the following records:

Electronic data files of any and all Microsoft Outlook Calendar appointments, meetings, tasks, journal entries, journal options card, and contacts associated with the network user names tied to the following City of Berwyn email addresses--rlovero@ci.berwyn.il.us, rvolbre@ci.berwyn.il.us, kcimaglia@ci.berwyn.il.us, and esummers@ci.berwyn.il.us--between the dates of 1-1-09 and 9-22-16. Please be advised that public bodies in Illinois are not required to redact public records except in very limited cases such as the personal addresses of police officers and any personal health records the government may possess. This requester does not suspect any of these types of records to be present in the items requested here.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
