Good afternoon:

Thank you for submitting your below Inspection of Public Records Request. The request has been received by the Bernalillo County Legal Office and is being forwarded to the appropriate Record Custodian with Emergency Communications for completion. Additional time is needed to complete the request.

Following directives from the State of New Mexico, effective May 18, 2020, Bernalillo County is in Phase I which consists of limited reopening of facilities with no more than 25% staffing, leaving many employees continuing to telecommute from home. Due to the Bernalillo County’s non-essential employees who are either working from home with limited access to files or non-essential employees who are to remain at home, but available for call-in as needed, the assigned Record Custodian’s expected date of completion of November 5, 2020, may be extended due to their current work schedule.

The Record Custodian will provide a status update as able either within or immediately after the above referenced timeframe regarding the completion of your request.

Please reference Work Order #361097 in any future correspondence to this email. As well, all communications should be sent to the specific Record Custodian or ccooke@bernco.gov<mailto:ccooke@bernco.gov>.

Please do not email transparency@bernco.gov<mailto:transparency@bernco.gov>.

Thank you.

Hello Ms. Lewis,

Thanks so much for your help with this request! Is it all possible to receive a spreadsheet version of the "Unit responses by type" document that was sent? Ideally as a comma-delimited file (.CSV) or in Excel. Please let me know if that would be feasible.

Sincerely,
Colin Gerber
