Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:

Any documents involving communications between Marc L. Terbeek and employees or officials of the City of Berkeley, between the years 2010 and 2017. Marc L. Terbeek is an attorney in Oakland, with offices at 2648 International Blvd #115, Oakland, CA. This request includes any emails exchanged between Terbeek and Berkeley city employees or officials, as well as chat transcripts, direct messages, letters, policy papers, faxes, audio or visual recordings, PowerPoint presentations, or Requests For Proposals.

I am aware of one email address used by Terbeek: terbeeklaw@gmail.com. In your search for documents, please search for email communications to and from this address, as well as any other email address that Terbeek might have used in communications with employees or officials of City of Berkeley.

The date range for this requests is 01/01/2010 to 12/31/2017.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
