Ailes correspondence with Bergen County Police Department

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to Open Public Records Act ("OPRA"), I hereby request the following records:

All electronic correspondence, dated between January 1 2012 and May 1 2014, between Roger Ailes and/or Elizabeth Ailes and any employee of the Bergen County Police Department.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am in receipt of your request seeking electronic correspondence from Roger or Elizabeth Ailes and the Bergen County Police. Please be advised that the IT Department of the Bergen County Police is unable to retrieve any documents you seek without more information as your request is overly broad. Bent v. Stafford Police Department, 381 N.J.Super. 30, 37 (App. Div. 2005). Kindly provide the electronic email addresses of the individuals mentioned above as well as the names of specific Officers.
