I am seeking documentation or records that would document the current number of foreign nationals in direct employ for the City of Bellevue from the following 2 nation states:

1) Citizens of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Please exclude those with US Green card status.

2) The People’s Republic of [Mainland] China; specifically active Chinese Communist Party members with corporate State association. Please exclude foreign nationals from Tibet, Tiawan, and Hong Kong.

The singular purpose of the request is to get the number of foreign nationals employed at the City from these 2 nation states.

Exclude personally identifiable information of those employed at Bellevue such as: names, home addresses and personal contact numbers.

Ranges of specific information may include, but is not limited to:
• Pages from Human Resources reports for grant accounting. (i.e. City Grant applications based on the sponsored interests of these 2 nation states citizen interest and representation).
• Compliance declarations or EEOC accounting documents based on specified nationality demographic.
• Property applications for permits and listed City Employment provisions for either of these nation states, made in the name of these nation states or associate privatized corporations representing the interests of the noted States in a public matter.
• State Department notifications to the City of Bellevue about the status and City hire eligibility, employment practices of these 2 nation States for 2021 mandates or disclosures to/about.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
