Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
All communications in your possession, of any type whatsoever, to and from the Trump Organization and any Trump Organization subsidiaries or their agents regarding tax abatements, exemptions, subsidies, or reductions on their real or personal property.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

Hello Ms. Sullivan,
The date range of my request will be: January 2000 to present. If, and only if, it is still too narrow, I would amend that to January 2000-January 2010. If there is a specific time window that I am restricted to, I will continue to submit FOI requests until they cover the full date range. Thank you so much for your time and service!

Mr. Koob, I do not have any records to fulfill your request for the period you requested from January 2000-January 2010. As per the Division of Archives and Records Management, the Assessor's office is not required to keep those records and have all been destroyed.
