Any correspondence, memos or other written guidance related to changes in booking procedures during Covid. Please include any information related to fingerprinting and DNA swabbing, as well as other booking protocols.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you very much for responding to my records request! To confirm, does this mean that fingerprinting procedures were the same as they were before the pandemic began? "... the arrestee shall then be brought to the AFIS room to be logged on all AFIS paperwork and then input into the AFIS computer."

I am trying to understand whether anyone who would normally have been fingerprinted was not fingerprinted during Covid for safety reasons.

Yes, that is correct all arrestees still had to go through the same
procedures to obtain finger prints and DNA. Due to the State and DOC
mandates and guidelines civilian fingerprints where suspended during that
time. PPE was provided to the arrestee and deputies to help mitigate any
possible exposure.
