Dear Ms. Fassett,

I should be in receipt of responsive records next week. However, I will be preparing for a trial next week that is set for July 16-18 and will be unable to review them for sensitive information. My assistant is also out of the office next week. I hope to get you the documents after by the last week in July. Please let me know if that is a problem or if you have any questions.
