Pursuant to the the Louisiana Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All audio and video recordings depicting the interactions between BRPD officers and Jordan Frazier that took place on June 13, 2017. This includes any body camera or dashboard camera footage as well as any other recordings that were made depicting all of part of the events occurring before, during, and after the officer-involved shooting on that day.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

We have learned that this matter has been turned over for investigation to Louisiana State Police, and that BRPD is not involved in the criminal investigation of this matter.

Any items relating to the Jordan Frazier incident which are in the custody of BRPD are part of an open and ongoing Internal Affairs investigation, and as such, cannot be released at this time.
