I have been working to process this request. Upon discussing it with one of the detectives here in the office, there were several reports of barn lumber being taken over a few months. As far as incident reports, only some of the victims requested reports, while others were just informing us so that our office would be aware. For the reports that we do have available, there is a $2.00 fee per report. If you would still like the copies of the reports I can get a total number of reports together for you.

Thank you.

From: Allan Lasser

Ms. McPherson,

I would still be interested in the reports despite the fees. Please let me know when you have a fee estimate prepared. Thank you!

Sincerely,

Allan Lasser

Hello Ms. McPherson,

Electronic provision of the documents would be best, but if hard copy provision is necessary, then that would also suffice. We will send a check for $4. To whom should the check be made and to what address should it be sent?

Thank you!

From: Selena

I can send them electronically, do I just need to send them to this email address? The check will need to be made out to "Barren County Sheriff's Office" and can be mailed to:

Hello Ms. McPherson,

A check was sent in October for this request. Could you confirm that it was appropriately received?

Thanks so much,
Beryl, MuckRock

From: Selena McPherson

Or records show that the check for your reports was received in our office on October 31, 2015 and the request was completed at that time. Upon receipt of your check (check number 574) the two reports requested were emailed to the address provided.

Is there anything further you need regarding this request?

From: Allan Lasser

Ms. McPherson,

We don't have a record of receiving an email regarding this request. Can you tell me the address you sent it to, and the address you sent it from? Or, if it isn't burdensome, could you resend the email to this address (requests@muckrock.com)?

Thank you,
Allan, MuckRock

From: Selena McPherson

We can absolutely forward the copies of the reports to you again and I will include the receipt from the day we received payment and originally forwarded the reports. We are having some technical issues with the copier used to email these types of reports and are hoping to have it back up and running by tomorrow morning and will get those forwarded to you at that time.

Please let us know if there is anything further you need in the meantime.

Thank you,

Selena McPherson
