Pursuant to Maryland's Public Information Act ("PIA"), I hereby request the following records:
All records pertaining to TASER International, Axon body cameras, and Evidence.com. This includes but is not limited to: communications, contracts, invoices, presentations, marketing materials received, training manuals, and usage policies.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Could you please clarify whether the request for TASER International records refers specifically to body-worn camera records?
We are fulfilling two of your requests at this time:
* A copy of the Baltimore County Police Department’s body-worn camera use policy is available on our web site: http://www.baltimorecountymd.gov/Agencies/police/bodycameras/usepolicy.html.
* Baltimore County’s original contract with Taser International for body-worn cameras, along with an amendment to the master agreement is attached. Portions of the contract have been redacted in accordance with § 4-335 of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland (GP), which requires the custodian of records to deny inspection of trade secrets and confidential commercial or financial information. You may seek review of this denial in accordance with GP §§ 4-1B-04 (ombudsman) and 4-362 (judicial review).
We continue to work on the remainder of your request and expect to forward it to you shortly. Again, thank you for your patience.
