Her body was found on 2/5/97, 900 block of Honeywood Place, Essex, MD; and David Holland was arrested 2/6/97. Statement of Charges were issued 2/6/97. The filing date of the indictment is 3/3/97.
-- Type of offense: 1ST DEGREE PREMEDITATED MURDER, 1ST DEGREE FELONY MURDER
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
