I am a reporter with The Trace, a 501c3 nonprofit news media outlet headquartered in New York City. I am making this request through MuckRock's public records request management service, which I use to better track and manage requests. As a member of the news media, I am requesting the records for newsgathering purposes, not commercial purposes.

The cost of offense reports are $10 each. The preferred method of requesting offense reports is via a request form sent to the Baltimore Police Department's Community Correspondence Unit.
