Public Public Records Request: Emails between Eric Holcomb and media RE: Removed Baltimore monuments (Baltimore City Department Of Planning)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of any emails between CHAP Executive Director Eric Holcomb and any media representatives regarding the four monuments that were removed from public spaces which were sent or received between January 1, 2019 and the current date. This should include Baltimore Sun reporter Colin Campbell, The Capital Gazette, WUSA 9 TV, WTOP, or any other media organization known to have communicated with Mr. Holcomb about the four monuments which were removed. This should include any attachments, documents or follow-up responses. Suggested search terms should include but are not limited to "monuments", "Confederate", and "Sons of Confederate Veterans".

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.
