To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A list of the residents in East Baltimore who were relocated by the East Baltimore Development redevelopment in the Middle East neighborhood in Phases I and II. Further, I would also like to request information for the amount received in relocation assistance by each resident for their vacated home in East Baltimore, the location of their new residence (address or census block GEOID), and demographic information about the relocated residents.

Any and all communication between the Housing Authority of Baltimore City and the East Baltimore Development Inc. regarding the relocation of East Baltimore Residents in the Middle East neighborhood.

Any documents (notes, email correspondence, informational sheets) related to the three-day planning charrette sponsored by the Mayor's office and led by Urban Design Associates (UDA) in July 2001.

Any documents (notes, email correspondence, information sheets, presentation materials) from the Relocation Information Meeting on October 11, 2001 at Israel Baptist Church sponsored by City Staff and Urban Design Associates.

Any documents (notes, email correspondence, information sheets, presentation materials) from the East Baltimore Master Plan Presentation on October 15, 2001 at First John Tabernacle Baptist Church sponsored by City Staff and Urban Design Associates.

Documents (notes, email correspondence, memos, etc) from the Housing and Relocation Committee (including the Policy Subcommittee) in 2006-2007 related to the development of housing options specific to land in Phase 2 of the East Baltimore Development Master Plan.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
