Pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Supervisor body cam video from police presence in front of Baltimore City Hall (100 holiday st.) between 9:30 pm and 10:00 pm on the night of May 30th, 2020. Please include names and badge numbers of all officers (supervisors and subordinate officers) who were present at the scene, and any after action reports that would have been created which may summarize this period of time.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Your request is governed by the Maryland Public Information Act ("PIA"), Maryland Code, General Provisions Article ("GP"), Sections 4-101 et seq. DCU will process your request promptly. What is the cost to me if I ask for you to provide all body worn camera feeds for that day and time?

You are looking at $50.00 a video which comes out to be $6,800, not including having the videos burned to disks because it will be too large to send via email. The cost of that process is $35.00 per hour. I wouldn’t be able to give you a total until that process is completed.

I'm just curious, what is the reason that supervisor body worn camera feeds are not identifiable? Are they not stored in a way that allows them to be identified?

The video footage is only stored by an Officer’s ID number(Sequence number) That number does not specify if they are a supervisor or not.
