UPD had no Domestic Violence/Domestic Disturbance calls for July 2019 or July 2020.

CSUB has conducted a reasonable search for reasonably identifiable public records responsive to your request for information under Government Code §6253. The responsive records are attached.

The reason for the extended response times for July 2020 between the hours of 2000-2200 is as follows:

The response times are retrieved from our Records Management System (RIMS). We use RIMS for many purposes including entering tasks into RIMS to assure we complete assignments. These assignments include securing exterior doors on certain portions of our campus. In July 2020 the lockup assignments were held open as a task or call for the times indicated in the response time data. This increased the average response time to 15:07.

For future reference please refer all PRA requests to publicrecordsrequest@csub.edu<mailto:publicrecordsrequest@csub.edu> as I am the Public Records Request Officer for CSUB and process all PRAs.
Thank you,

Diana
