Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:
I am seeking any and all COVID-19 vaccine plans for the staff, general population, and ICE detainees at Baker County Detention Center (also known as Baker County Sheriff's Office, 1 Sheriffs Office Dr, Macclenny, FL 32063).
I am also seeking copies of all correspondence between the Baker County Sheriff's Office and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), regarding coronavirus vaccine plans at the facility.
I am submitting this request in my capacity as a full-time journalist at Insider, Inc. in New York City. This request is being submitted in the course of news gathering.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
