Hi there

A message was sent to you regarding record request #20-817:

Dear Mr. Saulnier,

Your request was redirected to me as Public Records Officer for the City of Bainbridge Island.  Please note that public records requests may be made on this online portal or emailed to me at publicrecords@bainbridgewa.gov.

Would you please clarify if you are looking for contracts relating to red light enforcement or more general contracts relating to photo enforcement (body cameras or vehicle cameras).  Please note that the City does not have red light cameras.

I will have a supplemental response on December 23, but it would be helpful to know exactly what type of contract you are requesting.

Thank you and best regards,

Christine Brown

Hi there

A message was sent to you regarding record request #20-817:

Dear Mr. Saulnier,

I have not received a reply to my request for clarification.  I am providing an agreement relating to school bus paddle enforcement that I believe is our only responsive record. As I mentioned in my earlier communication, the City does not have red light enforcement cameras.

Please let me know if my interpretation is not correct.

Best regards,

Christine Brown
