The date range for this request in its entirety is 1/1/13 to the date this request is processed on.
-Policies, rules, and regulations for off duty officers.
-Complaints about off duty officers.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

No worries. I have included the link for APD Policy. In the manual you will locate APDs policies including the policy regarding complaints. APD does not track Off duty complaints. The Office of the Police monitor does post disciplinary memos on their website. Although The Department does not hold this info I have provided the link as courtesy. You can open the memos and determine which ones occurred off duty. I will be closing out this request.
