Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Facial recognition systems are increasingly leveraged by law enforcement agencies.
A popular tool in this category are the products and/or services offered by Clearview AI, Inc.
I would like for this request:
-any contractual documents including purchase orders, delivery orders, bids, quotes, RFPs, responses to RFPs, invoices and contracts with facial recognition company Clearview AI, Inc.
-any policies or guidelines about the use of Clearview AI's products and/or services
-The total number of individuals who have been identified through the use of Clearview AI's products and/or services over the last three years
The total date range for this request is January 1, 2019 to the date this request is processed on.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
