Mr. Cantú,

We have received your request. We have some questions about the requests

Is there a specific date range you are looking for? With the parameters of the requests, we are potentially talking about thousands of records that would have to be accumulated, evaluated and many of which we would request an Attorney General’s decision.

Some of the requests below are duplicative, and at least one of them (#2), we are not clear what is being requested. Operating manual?
Thanks,

Hi Mr. Ramos,

For a date range, let's say January 1 2015 to February 4 2016.

As for request 2: I am referring to documents that describe how software designed to access information from social media services functions. So, yes, an operating manual would likely fit those requirements.

Thank you.

Mr. Cantú,

My apologies. It’s my understanding that there has been some information that has been sent to you about from our purchasing dept. We are still working on providing you the requested information. However, there is some information that is not releasable and that information was sent to the attorney general’s office for ruling in withholding. I’m trying to get the rest of the information that is able to be released

Hi Officer Ramos,

I noticed in the APD contract with Geofeedia, it is stipulated that the data includes "up to 200,000 items per month." What exactly are these "items"?

Thank you,
Aaron
