A copy of the most recent collective bargaining agreement/collective agreement between this department and the local police union/fraternal order/benevolent association, or other similar organization.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

My apologies. I did not receive that email message that is shown as sent on 06/22. The domain you are using “@requests.muckrock.com” flags as spam and goes through our quarantine before reaching our mailboxes causing a delay in the time I would receive your email. Upon your initial request, I saved the email addresses and added them to my safe list. Sometimes it takes a couple of emails for it to actually work, thus the reason I think I have not received the first two you sent but received this one and the one for #2366 quickly or as normal. I will take your emails as proof of written statement that payment has been mailed for both ORR#2358 and ORR#2366, thank you.
Our standard procedure is to produce hard copies. Would you please provide a mailing address for me to mail you the requested documents?
