Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
The Internet contains conflicting evidence concerning the adopt of the Seal of Placer County. Some sources indicate 1959, while Wikipedia suggests September 30, 2008.
Accordingly, this Request seeks the following
category of documents:
Documents verifying the official adoption date of any and all Seals of Placer County, especially any Seal that might be used to support a violation of Penal Section 472.
Documents verifying the official adoption date of any and all Seals of the Placer County District Attorney's Office, especially any Seal that might be used to support a violation of Penal Section 472.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
