ShotSpotter representatives can be identified by searching the department's email system for addresses ending in "@shotspotter.com."
2) All emails exchanges–including incoming messages, outgoing messages, forwards, and attachments–between the department's public information and/or media relations staff members and ShotSpotter representatives since January 1, 2021. Good morning,
I have your request and will get started today. I will have to contact our vendor and ask for a hit count for emails in order to determine how many records are available. This usually takes a few days and I should have some estimate by Monday.

Good morning,
Our vendor did an email search for the items you inquired about. The search found 436 items. We can process around 20 emails per hour – not including attachments. That will require 7.26 hours of labor. The first 15 minutes are free equaling 7.01 hours. Our rate for labor is $23.31 per hour. The starting estimate is 7.07 x $23.32 = 164.80. If there are attachments that must also be processed the cost may go up. Please let me know how you would like to proceed and I can ask for the emails to be pulled.

Hello,
Thank you very much. Please proceed with the email pull and let me know where to send the check for $164.80.
Todd
From: Atlanta Police Department
Will do. Please do not send a check yet. It may be more or less depending on actual time needed – the 164 is just an estimate.
Once I get the email pull I can get started with a firmer estimate when I see how many attachments there are etc. When it is complete I’ll include an invoice with the link to the files.
I will send the request for the email pull today.

Good morning,
The hit count for emails etc on this request was 129. That would be around 6.45 hours. With the first 15 minutes free that would be approx. $144.00. I will have our vendor pull the documents. It should take about a week to complete.
