Predictive policing software

• All materials related to this agency's use of predictive policing, whether that be through the use of PredPol or through the use of another predictive policing software system. Responsive materials include all contracts, agreements, invoices, policies, reports, audits, and other records related to the technology's acquisition and use.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

In June, you responded a public records request I had filed regarding predictive policing. At that time, you informed me that your department no longer uses predictive policing. I would like to receive the materials related to the previous use of this technology. Would you be able to send to me the contract and any associated audits and reports related to its use and usefulness?
