Thank you for your reply.
I do not wish to narrow the scope of my request. Most modern email systems - both hosted third-party or on premises - allow system administrators to trivially search for terms with built-in features (e.g. Content Search https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/content-search?view=o365-worldwide ).
Please let me know if any further information or action is required on my end.

We do not have the capability to search emails for just police department police department employees. We can run a search of emails for the entire city. Additionally, emails are only one piece of your request. You also asked for notes, memos and bulletins. Let me know if you want us to direct our information management team to do a search for the terms you provided below for all city emails and I'll give you a cost estimate on the initial data pull. Once we get the data, we will provide you an estimate of cost for reviewing and redacting emails and documents that are exempt under Georgia law., as well as a timetable for production of the documents. Thank you.
