- ALPR

Responsive records should include email metadata (sender address, receiver address, time-stamps, etc.), the email subject, the body of the email, and any/all documents attached to each respective email sent/received.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am currently working on your request, and I have come across several emails with very large attachments.
The attachments include documents with 30+ pages and zip files with 10+ incident reports. I do anticipate there on being several more emails including attachments such as these.
If I continue to also include attachments in your request, it will increase the time spent on this request and the estimate.
Can you advise if you would like for me to continue with processing the attachments, or if you are only seeking information in the body of emails?

Also, as my initial request scope includes email metadata I expect so see the name and filetype of the attachments included with each email released, regardless of the decision around inclusion of full attachments.
