I am writing to request the following information from your office.

Any correspondence, memos, or documents referencing Persistent Surveillance Systems, Ross McNutt, Hawkeye II Airborne Wide Area Surveillance, Vision RL Fixed Wide Area Surveillance, the Laura and John Arnold Foundation, or Arnold Ventures.
Please notify me when this information is available.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Aaron,

I have your request. I will need just a bit of clarification on your inquiry if you can call me. I will need to know how far in the past you would like us to search for these records. Our City uses a vendor to perform e-mail searches and there is a fee of $95.00 for 2016 to present. To search prior to 2016 the fee is $350.00. Once the scope of the search is determined and the fee is paid our vendor will perform the search. Once the search has been conducted we will know how many records we have and can then give an estimate for the additional costs to retrieve and redact the relevant documents.
