The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Zachary Stewart

To Whom It May Concern:
I wanted to follow up on the following Georgia Open Records Act request, copied below, and originally submitted on June 17, 2020. Please let me know when I can expect to receive a response.
Thanks for your help, and let me know if further clarification is needed.

Zachary,
We appreciate your patience. We are working our way through hundreds of ORR requests from the past month. Due to the impact of these requests on our central records division, I have been advised that the earliest we can deliver these files, is on or after July 17th. I was also informed that some of these files cannot be sent via email and that you may have to pick them up. I, or someone from our public affairs team, will update you when the files are sent to us. We will alert you of costs (if any) once we hear back from that unit.

As with my other request (use of force incidents in Q3&4 of 2019) I would like to revise this request to exclude video footage, but still include the following:
- All complaints relating to use of force incidents (already completed)
- Use of Force Reports (Form APD 809)
- All monthly lists of all incidents with a “17F” pull-in as maintained by the Communications Section
- All electronic communications (such as email) relating to use of force incidents
Thank you

Zachary,
We have received your follow-up inquiry. We will get back to you once we get the records. We will also provide an estimate of fees at that time. Your request for “All electronic communications (such as email) relating to the use of force incidents” is unattainable. It is overly broad. We can do keyword searches citywide or by an individual. The cost to pull emails is either $95 or $175 depending on the complexity. There could be additional fees depending on the density of the email pulls.
