Hello Ms. Matsakis,

I received your Open Records Request from our Records Clerk earlier today.

I need clarification; please identify whose email communications we should research to meet your request. I notice it states, “All electronic communications, including attachments, sent to and received from representatives of the University or the Board of Regents of the University of Georgia created on or after May 1, 2020, through today’s date, related to “on-campus voting” or “Tate Center.””

Also, just a note: It was decided earlier today that Athens-Clarke County will utilize the Coliseum for Advance Voting for the upcoming Election. If you feel you still need this information, please let me know.
Thank you,
Charlotte
