March 2, 2015 Ambulance Request

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to Tennessee's Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

I would like details of the call when 2 ambulances drove past 424 S White Street in Athens, Tennessee at approximately 9:25 pm on March 2, 2015. They were traveling past Save A Lot store away from town with sirens and flashing lights. Please provide the nature of the call, who called it in, where the patients were taken, and the people who were injured.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is not being made for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
