Pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
FOIA logs for years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

originally sent to the Asheville Police Department (APD), so I just want to
clarify: are you requesting public record logs for APD or, all city of
Asheville records logs. This clarification will help me get it to the

I'm the new Public Records Officer for the city and I will be taking over

I see that on October 20, the following clarification was requested: "I see
that this request was originally sent to the Asheville Police Department
(APD), so I just want to clarify: are you requesting public record logs for
APD or, all city of Asheville records logs. This clarification will help me
get it to the right person for processing."
