Dear Mr. Nash:

Please note that your Muckrock emails keep ending up in the Spam folders. In the future, for a more timely response, please address your FOIA requests for Arlington Public Schools to foia@apsva.us<mailto:foia@apsva.us> with a return email address. The Muckrock link requires a user name and password, which I do not know and the site is not easy to use.

Attached are communications related to the topic you requested that were located in response to earlier media FOIA requests on this topic. We have reviewed emails and only found two other emails that the Superintendent sent on this subject; however, both emails were communications with the Arlington Public Schools Division Counsel and are, therefore, exempt from release under the provisions of attorney-client privilege.

This topic was also mentioned during part of the School Board meeting on January 20, 2022, and the video can be watched online<https://www.apsva.us/post/school-board-meeting-january-20-2022/>.

We have no other records that are responsive to your request.

Sincerely,

Linda M. Erdos
APS FOIA Officer
