Bernhardt Crash (Arlington County Police Department)

Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all police records that pertain to the 2017 crash in which Mr. David Bernhardt crashed his white Jeep wrangler on Old Dominion Drive.
