Amazon HQ2 Bid

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

A copy of the bid submitted by Arlington County in response to Amazon's request for proposals for its second headquarters ("HQ2"), contracts with third-party vendors for services rendered regarding the HQ2 proposal, and documents related to the county's expenditures on its pursuit of the HQ2 project, dated from September 1, 2017 to the date this request is received.

Please note that I'm making this request as a Virginia resident.

This request is being made as a newsgathering effort, and produced documents will be shared with the public. This request is not being made for commercial purposes. Please inform me promptly of any fees, should any be incurred.

Please fulfill this request either over an electronic file-hosting service or by email attachment. If neither can be arranged, a mailed CD-ROM is acceptable.
