Pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Records that contain information on how many specialty "Choose Life" license plates were sold from 1997 onwards.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Lindsey,
Thank you for the FOIA request below. I am checking with our motor vehicle division regarding the total number sold going back to 1997.
In the interim, we recently fulfilled a FOIA request for the total number of specialty plates sold (by individual plate) each year going back to 2014.
That list is attached. See tab two at the bottom.
Will follow up with the requested number.

We have the ability to pull the numbers for the "Choose Life" plates going back to 2003.
This information is included in the attached spreadsheet. Unfortunately, we do not have records reflecting totals from 1997 - 2003.
