in either the subject line or body of the email sent or received from Donald Bobbit and/or Hunter Yurachek from September 3rd, 2018 through September 7th, 2018.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Mr. Millar:
Attached is the university’s response to your request for public records, below. Limited exempt information, including personal email addresses—that, if released, would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy—has been redacted pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. §§25-19-105(b)(12) and 25-19-105(b)(13); and Ark. Attorney General Opinions 2005-114; 2004-225; and 2010-140. Non-responsive segregable portions were redacted as allowed under Ark. Code Ann. §25-19-105(f)(2).
Please also note that, in order to comply with the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act which is available only to citizens of this state, future requestors via out-of-state-based MuckRock may be asked to substantiate their Arkansas citizenship.
The university reserves the right to supplement this response if additional responsive records are identified.
