Open Records Request

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

All calendars or calendar entries for Representative Robin Lundstrum (including any calendars maintained on their behalf) from January 1, 2020 through the date the search.

I am requesting that the responsive documents be provided in a way that includes all invitees, any notes, messages and all attachments.

Please do not limit your search to Outlook calendars, I would like the records custodian to look for paper or electronic calendars on both government- issued and personal devices used to conduct how Representative Lundstrum’s time is allocated on public business. Please includes searches on individual email accounts in addition to any official calendars maintained for them by aides, personal assistants and legislative employees that work on Representative Lundstrum’s behalf.

If you can identify any ways that my request could be refined, I would be grateful for any further advice and assistance. If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact me via email and I will be very happy to clarify what I am asking for and discuss the request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
