To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) All contracts, licensing agreements, or vendor responses to RFPs for predictive analytics tools that will be, or are currently, used as part of the state's Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System.

2) All strategy documents describing how predictive analytics tools are, or may be, incorporated into the CCWIS system.

3) All technical reports or comparable documents listing which variables the CCWIS predictive analytics models will consider and how those variables will be weighed (e.g., age, gender, etc.).

4) All user manuals and training material, developed either by OCFS or a third party, used to instruct OCFS employees on how to properly use any predictive analytics tools incorporated in the CCWIS.

I ask that all fees be waived as I am a journalist and I intend to use the requested records to publish articles in the public interest an not for any commercial purpose.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
