Pursuant to the Arizona Public Records, I hereby request access to the following records:
-Information and data about traffic in Iron Horse Neighborhood from the past four (4) months dating back to January 1, or the past 100 days.
-Information about Ninth Street traffic (near the new development being built).
-Traffic or recent road repairs or any budgeting that is going to contribute to the improvement of roads in the Iron Horse neighborhood.
I agree to pay any reasonable copying and postage fees of not more than $5. If the cost would be greater than this amount, please notify me. Please provide a receipt indicating the charges for each document.
As provided by the open records law, I will expect your response within ten (10) business days.
