Statistical drug data (CACF)

Pursuant to the state open records law, Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. Secs. 39-121 to 39-122 and 39-128, I hereby request the following records:

All statistical data related to substance abuse testing and substance abuse education at Central Arizona Correctional Facility, as indicated by Section 11.9.6.4 of Contract No. 040176DC

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
