Pursuant to the state open records law, Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. Secs. 39-121 to 39-122 and 39-128, I hereby request the following records:

All emails to or from Michele E. Beggs (MBeggs@azdot.gov) including their attachments where the email was sent between January 1, 2014 and the date this request is processed and where the email body or subject contains either "topock" or "golden shores" without regard to case (i.e., both "Topock" and "topock" are responsive to this request). Please note, the search should include records up to the time of the first substantive search, even if that date is later than the date this request is received. Thus emails created after the date the request is received, but before the first substantive search for records is completed should be returned as responsive to this public records request.

I am requesting records including metadata to be provided in their native electronic format and I am not requesting paper print outs of these electronic records.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I authorize fees up to $20. If fees exceed $20, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We have completed researching your request and have identified a number of emails that are responsive. However, the total size of these emails is nearly 52 MB, too large to email, so payment for a DVD-ROM will be necessary. Upon receipt of your payment, we will promptly mail the requested documents on DVD to you.
